This coaching agreement must be submitted before our first appointment takes place. By signing or submitting this agreement, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms, the Website Legal Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy available at nathannikoloff.com. Please read and complete the form below.

1. Payment Terms: Payments for coaching services are processed via credit card or PayPal at the time of booking through the booking system on nathannikoloff.com. All fees, including processing fees and applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout. Consultations may be rescheduled at any time by the client using the booking link provided in the confirmation email. Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK and EU clients have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel, starting from the day the contract is entered, unless you waive this right to receive services immediately. To cancel, notify Nathan Nikoloff at nathannikoloff@gmail.com within 14 days for a refund, subject to services already provided.

2. Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled prior to the scheduled start time via the confirmation email link provided. Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. For UK and EU clients, cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period are refundable as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless waived. Non-UK/EU clients may not have this right unless required by local laws.

3. No-Show Policy: “No Show” appointments (client not arriving without explanation) may be rescheduled or refunded only in cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to Nathan Nikoloff’s discretion. Refunds for no-shows are not guaranteed and may be subject to applicable laws.

4. Health Coaching Role: Nathan Nikoloff is a licensed medical practitioner but acts solely as a health coach for all services provided through nathannikoloff.com, in compliance with General Medical Council (GMC) guidelines. All coaching services, including consultations, are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No doctor-patient relationship is created through your participation in coaching services.

5. Client Responsibility: All discussions regarding supplements, medications, hormones, or diet/lifestyle approaches are provided on an educational basis only. Clients are responsible for conducting their own research and consulting their medical provider before implementing any suggestions. Nathan Nikoloff does not warrant that any recommendation is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on coaching content, and do not start or stop medications without consulting your medical provider. Your reliance on coaching information is at your own risk.

6. Liability: Nathan Nikoloff and nathannikoloff.com are not responsible for your health outcomes or any consequences arising from your use of coaching services. To the extent permitted by UK law, Nathan Nikoloff is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for taking notes and ensuring they fully understand the information provided during consultations. No additional advice will be provided outside of scheduled consultations via email or other messaging services, except through purchased services like an “Email Advice” option, if available.

7. Note-Taking: Nathan Nikoloff may provide written notes, product names, or protocols during consultations to supplement your records. These are not formal reports, and it is the client’s responsibility to retain information through their own note-taking.

8. Recording Prohibition: Consultations may not be recorded by the client, in accordance with intellectual property protections under UK law.

9. Communication Limits: Recommendations or advice will not be provided via email or other messaging platforms outside of scheduled consultations, except for purchased services like an “Email Advice” option, if available. Between-consultation communications are limited to logistical matters only.

10. Third-Party Referrals: Worldwide clients referred to a third-party clinic will become clients of that clinic. Nathan Nikoloff may act as a consultant to discuss treatment protocols and make suggestions to the clinic’s doctors. All payment and related agreements are between the client and the third-party clinic.

11. Medical Emergencies: Coaching services are not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 in the UK or the appropriate emergency services in your jurisdiction immediately.

12. Data Protection: Personal data provided during coaching services is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as detailed in the Privacy Policy at nathannikoloff.com. For EU clients, data transfers comply with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

13. Governing Law and Arbitration: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement or coaching services will be resolved through arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in London, UK, under its rules for commercial disputes. Arbitration awards are final and binding, and costs are shared equally unless otherwise determined. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action.

14. Changes to Terms: Nathan Nikoloff reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on nathannikoloff.com and apply to all subsequent coaching services. You should review this agreement before each consultation.
